This hands-on workshop starts with the landscape of what social media is and how it can be used for businesses. We then dive right in and help you setup an account on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will have training time, independent and group exercise time, networking time, and of course lunch. Once your accounts are created, we’ll teach you the basics of how to administer the account efficiently as a single user or as a team using 3rd party software tools. Finally, we’ll teach you how to pull analytics so you can quantify social media marketing benefits in your organization.
