Very few companies understand strategy – that’s a fact. Strategy is not a list of goals. It is not something that can be crossed off of a weekly list. It is not a sign on the wall that gets your staff pumped up about making sales.

Strategy is: all about choices, and you cannot be all things to all people. The same goes for social media strategy.

You cannot address the same people in the same way in different places and expect incredible results yet this is what most people do. We call this lazy social media posting.
